All orders are shipped on a tracked standard service. We expect most orders to be delivered in 5-10 business days.
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, with any orders received on a Saturday or Sunday shipped the next working day.
Orders placed before 10am (CET) will be processed same-day.
Orders placed after 10am (CET) will be processed the next working day.
We do not ship to the UK. All UK orders can be placed on our UK website: www.goodr.co.uk
We do not ship to the following countries; Sweden, Norway, Finland, Malta, Netherlands and Denmark.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If your delivery window falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next working day.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to check the delivery status of your order.
We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.
If the item(s) ordered within the package are found to be defective, damaged, or not the items ordered, please take a photo clearly showing the damage and send it to our customer service team with the following information:
